With 35+ years of top-level experience in pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals and analytical research standards, Vijay has shaped Clearsynth into an organization that has shattered paradigms in the industry, elevating the scientific community through high-end, highly technical research products used in drug discovery and analytical research by laboratories around the world. In 2013, he was honored as the Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year at the UBM Pharma Awards, India's most prestigious industry event.

Dr. K. V. S. Ramrao

Dr. Ramrao brings an exceptional legacy of over three decades in the pharmaceutical industry. He has held senior leadership roles at renowned organizations including Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, PI Industries and Granules India as CEO and Joint Managing Director.

He is widely respected for his ability to make high-stakes decisions, navigate complex business challenges and lead transformative change while building alignment across diverse teams and perspectives. Throughout his career, he has played an instrumental role in establishing innovative business models, strengthening manufacturing and R&D systems, and building best-in-class practices in Environment, Health and Safety.

Dr. Ramrao holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, along with a Master's degree and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

Biren Parekh

Biren brings more than 40 years of experience in a wide variety of industries, having collaborated with more than 450 clients across sectors including media, real estate, infrastructure, telecommunications, life sciences, FMCG and hospitality. He has been with Clearsynth since the beginning, playing a central role in establishing operations in Canada, the R&D center in Hyderabad and the corporate office.

He assembled a team of more than 250 personnel across various functions while supporting DSIR approval, the Heavy Water Board Agreement, and relationships with key clients and vendors.

Biren is an exceptional mentor and coach whose expertise, insight, energy and focus empower him to assemble high-performance teams. His skills in operating strategy, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, process and people management provide a strong foundation for Clearsynth's continued large-scale growth.

Dr. Kandasamy Sakthivel

Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Sakthivel has more than 25 years of experience handling multi-step synthesis projects, including NCE with new ROS or customer processes. He has rich experience in the Biotech, CRO and CRAMS industries, managing end-to-end activities from R&D budgeting through planning, execution, synthesis and project management.

He has an extensive list of publications and patents to his credit. A highly educated scientist, he has a Ph.D. and postdoctorate in Organic Chemistry and Molecular Biology from the National Chemical Laboratory, India, and the Scripps Research Institute in the United States.

Dr. Mallikharjuna Reddy Katukuri

Dr. Katukuri is an experienced analytical research professional with a career spanning more than 17 years of qualitative and quantitative analysis of APIs and NCE compounds. His credentials include an MS degree in Organic Chemistry, a bachelor's degree in Education and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
